Me
Laurel Izzo is an up and coming costume designer and technician. She is currently a senior at SUNY Albany. She is expected to graduate with a degree in anthropology and a degree in theatre with a minor in theatrical design and technology.

As the daughter of a diplomat, she brings her international experience to her work. For her it's important to showcase foreign perspectives that would otherwise go unnoticed. In conjunction with this she explores themes of identity. She is curious about what makes a person who they are, and how identity influences choices.

Costume design and technical credits at SUNY Albany include The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Mary Shelly Meets Frankenstein, Machinal, Taming of the Shrew, Clyde's, Glass Menagerie, Rent, The Piano Lesson, and The Wolves.
